NEVER BUY T-SHRITS FROM COS, they shrink! Any cos tshirt I’ve bought over the years has shrunk within a few washes. (Not using a drier) no idea what type of a low quality fabric they use but they’re basically one time wear disposable t-shirts at the price of 20-35£!

Sadly, they've just closed down my local Cos store, so I bought something online from Cos for the first time. What a nightmare! They charge for postage, and yet, nearly 10 days after I ordered a dress (which trying to navigate the site was a pain in the neck as it was generally useless and full of glitches) I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. Money has been taken from my account too. Looking at tracking it appears that Evri or Hermes or whatever the useless fools are called now have 'mislaid' my item. I contacted Cos through 'chat' and they weren't much help and told me to wait another 3 days!

Worse online shopping. The website keeps crashing when trying to log into account by saying 'incorrect password.' Live chat keeps disappearing when trying to get assistance. Once logged into account, there's no way to change personal details. These problems have been going for years and years. You'd think being such a huge company, they would have sorted it out by now.

I loved something worn by someone l mer on holiday,she told me about Cos.
I have ordered 3 items over 2 orders now. They are all great: quality, cut, fit,fabric, stylish..and the delivery was within 5 days. I was very sceptical before ordering anything online,but very pleased. I truly do not understand where these poor reviews come from.

Delivery takes forever! I called up customer service to explain I was going on holidays 9 days after I ordered my clothes and the tracking number said it was still in their warehouse. Despite this I was not allowed cancel my request as they have a customer promise to deliver… I explained I was the customer and no longer wanted the items but they refused to see sense

I had bought a pair of strappy sandals for about 100 euros. I have loved them very much but unfortunately, not even a month in, one of the straps broke. I was so shocked especially since it read on the label that they were made from leather. Leather should not snap like that. But I should have known better when the color started bleeding on my feet at the first rain wearing them, and then 1 hour later the strap snapped.
I truly hope that the tops I bought will not shrink after the first wash like I read in those previous reviews.
I am disappointed as I've bought significantly cheaper items, made from fake leather or real leather from other brands and they held out for years just fine. I will avoid buying shoes and other accessories from them and we will see how the clothes behave after I wash them.

I would give it no stars if I could. Am intrigued that Hermes has rebranded to Evri ... but still the worst courier in existence. So disappointed by COS delivery and returns ... still waiting for a refund - and even notification that goods have been returned to COS after 14 days. Same experience three times in a row. Will never buy from them again.

I am astounded that a £150 dress comes thrown in a brown paper bag. Way to feel that the item you have purchased is cheap and of a massive mark up. If you are over a s12UK and buy oversized, be prepared to feel obese and insulted. If you have any curves, be prepared for anything tailored to not fit or flatter.

Never again . I gave Cos a second chance with an on line order , but they insist on using Evri who are the worst courier service ever .
I relied on on line last year when I broke my leg , and every single parcel I ordered for Xmas using Evri never arrived . They leave a text saying deliver today then when that time slot is due they message saying delay and then never hear from them again . If Cos continue with them I will never use again .

I tried on a medium tee shirt in one of their stores. It fit so well I bought six more. I wore a few without washing and even got compliments on them. But then I washed them once in cold water and they shrunk one whole size, maybe two. They're completely unwearable.

I reached out to customer service, got no response, so kept trying every channel I could. Finally, I got in touch with someone who told me the only thing I could was the call the store and the manager MIGHT be able me.

What a waste of $200 and my time.

Don't spend a dollar with this company.
